    Hi Dave.

    I believed it to be temporary, but the last two I have done, which were some time ago now, retained the code after disconnection, which admittedly surprised me.. (Was I lucky?)

    As regards to the response you received, I apologise. Any support line, whether it is ours or anybody else's, the staff are pinned to their desks answering call after call on a wide range of enquiries, being in an office environment, they don't get the 'on-car' experience that they should, which again I admit is not the answer you want to hear, but the harsh reality.

    We are all on a very steep learning curve with applications and functionality and even I admit, that there are functions on the MT-Pro that I have never done before and because of the menu structure opening up when only communicating with the vehicle, it is extremely difficult to simulate 'on-car' functionality on an office desk. I hope you accept my response in the way it is attended. I admit, the response you received was a little 'loose' but I also appreciate the difficulties that the Product Support Team face on a daily basis.

    I will of course investigate and report your disappointment.
