Range Rover give a book time of approx 12 hours to do this job as they recommend dash removal But can be done well under a day if you follow the link already mentioned.The blend motors come as one kit with three motors all joined to one multi plug. I use a large holesaw to gain access to the heater matrix O rings (after you remove side trim panel. Can be very tight to remove, a bit of a twist and pull motion required). have fun with you mission if you choose to take it.
