    Good evening

I had the above Audi in the workshop today, customer complains of all four windows open when returning to a previously locked car.
I have raised the carpet & checked for any water ingress to the module or corrosion to the wiring.
It was dry with no evidence of previous water damage, the multiplugs on the kick panel were also good.

I checked for dtcs and monitored live data using Modis ( Vag-com Laptop battery flat again )
The only dtcs were relating to previous alarm triggers.

I contact cleaned all connectors & refitted the module trim etc checked window/door locking operation & parked it outside. Later this afternoon the alarm was sounding, the car would not respond to the remote, electric windows not working and a relay clicking sound was coming from the convenience module.
After rebooting it by removing the relevant fuses everything worked ok again.

I'm sure this one will be back again, are there any tests I can do to confirm module failure?
    Thanks for reading

    Regards Glyn
