Volvo XC90 D5 2004 - Bad oil leak around crank pulley area #Archived Message

Hi
This car came in a few weeks ago with a bad oil leak at crank pulley area and we found the front crankshaft oil seal had come out of its housing fitted a new one but it came out again within a few minutes ,so after a bit of head scratching and talking to volvo dealer decided to fit new oil pump wich came with oil seal already fitted problem solved! Car now back again after 500 miles with same problem!any body ever came across such a thing? only thing that i can think of is to much oil pressure wich i will try and check next but a bit odd on a vehicle that has only done 30k.any thoughts much appreciated.
