VW Golf GTi 2000 (W) - EPC locking brakes at MOT on rolling road #Archived Message

This car was in for mot test yesterday , on the rolling road testing front brakes without touching the brake pedal the EPC activated and almost locked up the front brakes.This also happens with car jacked up trying to spin one wheel with engine running or with ignition turned on. On the road everything is normal ,much debate with tester obtained a pass cetificate . Any comments or fixes welcome
