    done a few of these, ive made two tools, one is a 1/2drive stub cut off an old ratchet and welded to a foot longpiece of flat steel this fits into the square hole in the tensioner and lets you lever the tensioner back to take the belt off and refit it, the other is a cut down allen key again welded to a flat piece of steel, this lets you undo the pin which holds the tensioner on, you have to slacken this to ease the belt behind it if you are changing it, lastly this engine has a problem with the crank pulley wearing and making the belt noisey.hope this helps, martin
