Thanks for that any help much apreciated, have checked all wiring plugs i can find especially the ones in the a posts ( we had issues with the lights previously and thats where the fault was.We are fairly sure the fault is with the immobiliser unit below the steering column which of course means a trip to the dealers because of the security coding. Will report back after my pants have been removed at the dealers !!!!
