Sorry Tom, just found this one again!
Its just I ahd one a while ago that had corroded, well, crusted connectors to it (the pump) but it was older than yours by about 3 year. I dont know about yours but i suppose you will have checked that and may not be a problem being a newer one.. How have you got on with it up to now?#
