Audi A4 1.9 TDI Avant AWX 2002 - Fan belt tensioner fault Archived Message

The fan belt tensioner recently failed, so we pulled the front bumper forward, and fit a new LUK assembly, new alternator/AC belt and PAS belt, rebuild, all was well. 2 weeks later came back with belt noise. The belt seemed to be slipping as if the tension isn't holding. We fit another new LUK part and two more belts under warranty, checked alternator and anything else and rebuilt again. It's just started again!!! LUK can't come up with anything, AUDI say there is a modified part? The belt was a 5PK1435 rather than 1432 not sure that would make a difference??? Any help would be useful.
