Try looking just in front of o/s rear wheel there is a plastic cover held in with 2 or 3 M6 bolts this panel then drops down to reveal fuel filter, sediment bowl and electric fuel pump.You can access the drain plug for sediment bowl through a hole in the bottom of this cover ,slacken off drain plug then ignition on this will kick in the electric pump for 30 seconds.
