Thanks for your reply Tom. I'll make a note of that for the future. We found that disconnecting and reconnecting the battery seems to have fixed it! Thought it was worth a try due to low battery voltage fault codes. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to continue with diagnostics test to confirm your suggestions, but the customers happy anyway.
