Hi Joe
If this is the same setup as the Galaxy I think there is a small electric supply pump about halfway along the underside of the vehicle.I disconnected the supply to the pump and although there may be codes in the heating control unit the front heater should work ok,it does on the galaxy.The local Ford dealer says the supply pump can also cause this fault,supply quantity maybe?
