Had this one back in again, checked codes again and EGR code present, cleared code again and it returned straight away
Removed EGR valve, it was black but not gunged up. Fitted new one, cleared code and road tested, checked again and code did not return
So i would say FIXED, unless customer tells me otherwise in a few weeks
