Hiya Tom, Good to have you on board with UKAT As Andy says Timing chain. Scoping and testing integrity & coherence of signals doesn't always prove the fault on these AND with the cost of a pair of sensors being less £20 and only taking two mins to fit I know what I would have done first had I not seen this problem before. I am very surprised you haven't come across this one before Tom as we have seen loads of them. Sounds like a job for Keith to me. Mike
