You could try reprogramming the window, Usual way is to slowly edge the window up to the top and hold the button, then edge it down slowly to the bottom and hold the button, ( About 3 seconds ) Do this a copuple of times and it should reset. ( I have done a new laguna like that today and it worked ok. )
