Job done guys.... Thanks very much!! What a 'stupid' idea - Easily nicked it seems if someone doesnt mind a crack where the screw is which wouldnt be visible to the outside.. really daft but then, thats progress
But it did mean I learnt something AND found the emergency fuel flap tug
