Does it have a motorised valve controlling water flow they are always going wrong on fiestas and kas find it in heater pipes from engine near bulkhead about middle of car. If it does you need to check for signal at plug one wire 12v other wire should have a dwell when engine running and heater control on warm if there ia a dwell sure bet valve is kaput Did two of these last week
