We tend to get a rep for about 3 weeks on the trot and then don't see anyone for about 2 years. I know they have an online shop but the prices are all retail and, as we all know, there's always a deal to be had.

I called them up and they put me on to our area manager but he doesn't answer the phone or respond to any voicemails.

Anyone having better luck than this - or have a contact who can set up the discounts?
