Not done a Kia, but when I've done Toyota and Mitsubishi using G-scan the scanner has only given me a very short activation time so I've found I have had to press the go button and crack the nipple almost at the same time. Then sometimes have to come out of the selected vehicle and go back in again. Having said that this is going way back as I have not used the G-scan for years, but may work on the snap-on platform.
Do you know anyone using a Maxisys? This may be a better platform for Kia.
