Thanks for your reply Peter. First thing I thought of. For a new caliper the piston is a little stiff to go back. As soon as you slacken the pipe going to the flex hose the piston goes back very easy which I would think should rule out flex hose. Will be back at it tomorrow. Took for 5 mile run today. Wheel free before the run. I did not touch the brake at all through the run and hot and binding when I came back. A couple of theories in my head. I do have a hose standing by but can't see it.
