Back to report conclusion, (prompted by Peter Warman, thanks!).

Used ACTronics, one of the suggestions in this forum.

Easy process, including picking up instrument cluster, diagnosis of fault and quick turnaround.
Customer happy with cost.

From this experience, I would recommend.
