Immo fault (Immo light doesn't come on (It did flash briefly on one start attempt), engine non start Fault P1624 immo fault logged)

Autodata is, as usual, totally unhelpful except for confirming that the immo isn't working.

(Actually Autodata has FA on this vehicle, not even fuse box layouts )

Is there anybody in SW Surrey with the equipment to be able to resolve this. I do not have any Immo specific tools.
