Went back to this car with a fresh mind (and a master cyl in box if needed!)
Bled it twice using the 'bleeding' programme in the Launch and all is well.
Its a 2 man job and you need to be fairly quick but we got there in the end.
I will try to remember this one is troublesome in the future but I bet I forget!
Thanks Aidan I can definately see what you mean but the remote reservoir was not the problem this time.
