2 degrees of wrong camber on one side would put the toe 10 to 15mm out no problem,

if the cambers are good , try tracking it up with the steering wheel unclamped, and set the track rod ends up evenly and see what happens from there it may of had a rack in it that was not centred or the steering wheel has been off

we had a megan in today that was just like yours, 2 new track rod ends, and miles out one side we, unfortunately for you we were very busy and it was a trade job so we chucked to out side and told them to bring it back when they had fixed it,
