I've tried this reset, and the full BSI reset procedure. Initially I thought it was fixed, but alas no. It seems more prevalent when the engine has recently been started up.

I found a cluster of earth leads behind the nearside headlamp that were grotty. Cleaned them all up, but still doing it.
