I think your out of luck mate. You need someone with dedicated equipment to read immo code such as AD100 and even that maybe not guaranteed.

Whats wrong with the old keys, if you've just changed the ign barrel why can't you swap chip into new key. I know its obvious for me to point it out but you never mentioned a lost key situatuon.
