Okay, Ian has just got back from work (can you believe, 9.30 pm AND on a Sunday). Too much work on tomorrow to have this one hanging over his head.

Solution was pushing seal over a lip rather than up to it (as I understand it).

Been a flippin nightmare, especially considering the simple solution.

Thank god its sorted . At least Monday starts with a clean sheet.
