Year of Manufacture *: 2007 ( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: BKD 2.0
We have removed and replaced a set of cams as the inlet camshaft had picked up and ran the front journal bearing. We have used aftermarket cams which have used the same supplier in the past for 1900 PD with no issues, we now have the cambelt running tight against rear of tensioner and belt is just and just going off the back of the cam pulleys. We have removed and replaced the cambelt and water pump twice to eliminate so we have to have cam issues. The supplier says they have sold 298 sets of cams with no issues and are reluctant to send another set of cams. Has anyone been here with a 2.0 twin cam PD and was it the cams ?? Thanks all, any help would be great before I look for a strong enough rafter to hang off lol
