Lady brought her Zafira in today for a few things.

One of them is a noise, best described as a metallic ticking noise. Going round with a stethoscope it appears to be coming from the throttle body.

I seem to remember from reading somewhere though, that it might actually be the inlet manifold!

Anyway she needed her car back today to get to work so I couldn't delve any deeper. I will probably get it back next week to continue the hunt for the ticking.

Has anyone come across this? I couldn't see any intake flaps on this manifold, so could it still be the manifold?
