To calibrate these you must start engine and run at just over 1500 revs ( this stabilises voltage ) and with door correctly shut close window and keep button pressed then fully open window and keep pressed. Re close window and it should stay up.
To check you need to operate door release, which will send a message to the CCU the CCU will then command window to fall 28 pulses which allows glass to clear top rubber and therefore door catch to release. On shutting door the CCU role is reversed and when catch is shut CCU commands window to close, at closed position the window pulse report must be zero. At fully open it will be 350 ish.
If the window will not successfully calibrate check the door frame for reverse impact damage, has the spare wheel been hit and caused the door outer to stop the window fully lowering. To successfully calibrate the window must complete the 2 operations correctly. I.e rest closed at 0 pulses and fully open at 350 pulses.
