+++ UPDATE +++
After 3 phone calls to my local TPS confirming unit I had been supplied was correct and another 3 wasted hours trying to see where I had/have gone wrong, I contacted a SEAT dealer who have confirmed I have been supplied a passenger front module, not a drivers front!!!
I have managed to get an OSF second hand module and checked all long coding,same part nos etc, fitted it and still have the same fault.

Back to drawing board!!
