The quantity is small probably rather less than half a litre.
I am thinking that this is unlikely to be too much of a problem.
Pump out what is there, fill brim-full and allow dilution to do the rest.
Or is there something awful in creosote that will cause irreparable damage to cats, fuel pumps, whatever, meaning that tank neads removing and cleaning out??
