Probably of no use, but we have one in at the moment, presented with poor performance, an exhaust cam is one tooth out.

Ours has had no work done recently (especially servicing), only thing we can put it down to is chain wear.

Might be worth a look, timing tool kit is needed, and is a bit of a pain.
