We have a Jaguar XJ with a suspension fault, the car drives like a caterham not the luxury car that it is.
When i first went to it,it had been sat in a show room and had a flat battery, the company replaced the battery and i was called in to clear all codes,
There were stacks of faults stored for can comms error and battery voltage in most modules, once the codes were cleared in the suspension module, the car rose about 2" and softened up, road test proved the car drove perfect.
However, since i've left, the customer has collected the car and its seemed to have gone stiff again, i went out late last night to scan it but no codes present. i'm going to be visiting the vehicle this afternoon but is there any known faults, issues or reset procedures that anyone might know about on this?
i should add that the car drove perfect before sitting in the show room for a few months!
Thanks in advance.
