You need immobiliser unit (small black box on top of steering column, behind instrument cluster), keys, locks and ECU. Key reader is not a programmed item.

If you have programming ability, you don't need the lock set, old keys can be programmed, but requires a 30 minute ignition on for security. Need vin for second hand lock set for pin code though.


Alternatively, if they can, the old ECU can be set into neutral mode prior to removal from the old car.
Then programmed into new car.
