(It is after all getting to the age/mileage where everything else is likely to be going wrong too!)
But we wont be able to do this within the next 5 days when he wants to go away! 
(As an aside, I imagine that this is a "Modification" as far as insurance is concerned. what is the typical insurance companies attitude towards such conversions??)
