The tool I have is made by Pichler.
I have never used it on that vehicle but I have had quite a bit of success on other vehicles. It does take a bit of practice and doesn't work all the time.
It would depend on the length of the part that is broken and also how much access there is to get in with the drills.
The other option I have heard some people doing is to punch the remaining part of the glow plug into the cylinder, remove the injector and use a magnet to pull the glow plug tip out the injector hole (I personally would be worried that I didn't get it all out)
