( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: 2.7 diesel

Yellow parking brake light on fault code in the parking brake module-U0101 - lost communication with transmission control module . Code will clear but as soon as you move it will come back again . Car is manual transmission . Could someone advice something - because I'm not the best on landrovers. many thanks
