Some months ago when I fitted a CEV to 1998 1.6 Civic I had removed and refitted Lambda.
The engine fired up once ok then it became intermittent before refusing to start at all.
It turned out to be fuse 15 Alternator/SP Sensor had blown this fuse shares the Lambda heater circuit.
Removing the 02 had shorted the heater wires.
