Mike, you could well be right (as usual) about the uch and I am nearly convinced enough to order one. I took this in again for another look and it only played up as it was going back out. Quickly plugged in again and on a network test the only module missing was the ABS. Aircon (manual not auto) switch didn’t function but on live data it was ok. Before I could go any further it cured itself again.

Customer is going away for a few days so I can have it longer. He reports that sometimes it plays up for a lot longer so hopefully I will be able to check a bit more.
