Assuming your title means a Range rover sport, the relay goes in the underbonnet relay/fusebox next to the battery at the rear position, look at the lid & it shows the air suspension relay. If it is black, it needs changing to the grey one supplied.

As the compressors are now AMK, upgraded from Hitachi, the software has to be updated in the RCM to the latest version. Failure to do this will usually cause a variety of fault codes stored, namely the one in the bulletin.
