Thanks for your advice, I pulled out the passenger seat and checked as you suggested, could not see a problem so decided to check the wiring harness from this point through the car to where it goes through the o/s/r boot floor. As it exits the car the wiring loom was green and indeed had a broken wire ! Once repaired all ok , Thanks again Phil.
