I had a dipped beam failure on one of these caused by relay failure on the PCB.
It was initially on one side and persons unknown linked left and right dip beam together .
This worked until the other relay, now taking twice the load failed. I managed to source some more relays (same pinout slightly different rating) and got the customer going that way.
