Fortunately I have done loads of these.The official Peugeot fix is to remove the dash but it can be done without this amount of work.You will need a new heater wiring harness and resistor(about £100 the pair).Drop out the glove box to access the motor and remove.(twist action.)This will give access to the resistor.Remove radio and heater control panel.The new wiring can then be fiddled into place,along with the resistor.Take the insulation tape off the new loom and seperate the sub loom that supplies the recirc motor and a/c evap sensor.This makes the job a bit easier.Should take between 1-2 hrs.
