Hi Alan & Mark, sorry it is Autodiagnos misinterpreting the code description. Life is difficult enough interpreting codes without having poor descriptions leading you up the garden path. As soon as you pointed that out, I plugged in the Wurth WOW in and it came up with your description; the correct one. I was always led to believe Autodiagnos was good on early Land Rovers how wrong you can be! Once I had a good interpretation I was able to get my Land Rover TIS disks out and study the correct wiring loom & check the correct sensor. I have a number of Autologic manufacturers but just don't see enough LR's to justify their out lay. But I will say that Autologic always pride themselves in giving the manufacturers code interpretation word for word. I have recently invested in the LR/Jag Dongle by Diagnostic Associates for pass through on 2005 models onwards also the service reset dongle which is brilliant for resetting those pesky service lights. Not sure how complicated or difficult the new Jag/ LR SDD software is to use as we have only just received the software and not had a late vehicle in yet to trial yet. Have any of you guys out there used it yet? John Kennard.
