Renault Clio 1.2 D7F-720D 2001 - Non start #

Customer towed car in as it would not start. No spark at plugs or current going to petrol pump. Like immobiliser problem. Immobiliser light goes off when you put in key as normal.Tried to read codes but on 2 different diagnostic units fails to communicate

Anyone come across similar problem?
Have checked all fuses and swapped around relays to no avail
