sorry for this description been a bit sketchy but haven't been involved from start. But any way here goes car been driven normally then intermittently there is no response when throttle pedal depressed only idle.leave a while then can drive normally for another period without fault, i am told that mil illuminated and another workshop read and erased fault code but didn't record it but seemed to remember a mention of throttle pedal.
i have driven vehicle many miles and unable to get the symptom and no mil or fault codes,checked live data with autodiagnos but very little help apart from proving pedal on/off switch ok.
looked at throttle body it says hitachi nissan am i correct in seeing somewhere that some volvos suffered with similar scenario.
any input will be appreciated.
