I don't have any experience of these engine but have heard horror stories. Anyone have any good first hand knowedge?

I have a customer who needs heads and has asked me to look into it. I am not sure that I want to get involved but I don't want to turn this particuar customer away.

I am happy to phone someone to save a load of typing if need be.
