FIXED. Just to let you know as a last resort i was convinced it was a mechanical problem so i removed followers couldn't find anything wrong but as they were cheap i replaced them but just to let you know when i stripped of cambelt it was half a tooth out so i retimed it and it's perfect .But what i can't understand why did this happen suddenly and the only reason i think there were no fault codes is the customer came to me having been told by someone else it was an injector fault they must have errased all codes. Advise really quiz customers about faults and get the truth.
