The pictures I posted were taken using The Snipping Tool. It is a function that is on my lap top you can snip/take a picture of any part of the screen and it saves it in a folder ready to be posted.

I press the start button and select it from the sub-menu.

My last laptop didn't have the snipping tool it maybe something to do with Windows 7.

You could try using the Print Screen button on your PC, this will take a picture of the whole screen instead of being able to take a picture of just a section of the screen.
But you would see the settings.
